PRIVACY NOTICE

1. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT

The Refusal Desk receives the text you choose to enter. The form does not ask for your real name or email address. Do not submit names, personal, confidential, sensitive, or unlawful information.

2. WHY WE PROCESS IT

Your submission is processed to generate a fictional satirical response, render and deliver a shareable card, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, and operate and secure the service. Submissions are not used to train the model.

Inputs that appear to contain a recovery phrase or private key are rejected before language-model processing and are not saved as cases. BULLWCD will never ask you to submit wallet credentials.

3. SELF-HOSTED PROCESSING

Refusal text is sent to our self-hosted Refusal Desk system and self-hosted language model. Processing is not entirely local to your browser. Website, network, and infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf to deliver and secure the service.

4. TEMPORARY RETENTION

Temporary case records—including the submitted text, generated response, case identifier, and generated image path—may be retained for up to 72 hours for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Expired database records and generated images are then deleted automatically. The application does not create its own backup copies of Refusal Desk cases.

5. TECHNICAL AND SECURITY DATA

Limited technical information, such as connection address, request timing, route, response status, and short-lived or rotating pseudonymous abuse-prevention identifiers, may be processed to secure the service and enforce minute and daily usage limits. Raw submissions are not included in application event logs or analytics event names.

6. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Providers supporting website hosting, network delivery, security, and infrastructure may process information only as needed to provide those services. Social platforms receive only the text or image you intentionally choose to share with them, subject to their own privacy terms.

7. YOUR REQUESTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a temporary case by contacting us and providing its case number or card URL. Because cases expire automatically and we do not request identity details, we may be unable to locate or verify a request after deletion or without a case identifier.

8. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this notice as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
