You are responsible for your submission and for reviewing every generated response and card before downloading, publishing, or sharing it. Do not rely on generated content as factual or professional guidance.

By filing, you grant BULLWCD a limited, non-exclusive right to process the submission, generate a response, render and deliver the card, and operate and secure the service. This permission ends when those purposes and the stated retention period end. It does not grant promotional reuse rights; promotional use requires a separate, clear opt-in.

6. GENERATED CARDS

You may download and share generated cards for lawful, non-commercial community participation, subject to applicable law and third-party intellectual-property, publicity, and privacy rights.

7. MODERATION

We may reject, remove, or restrict submissions and generated cases that violate these Terms or create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.

8. AVAILABILITY

The website or Refusal Desk may be unavailable, delayed, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access or preservation of a generated case.

9. TOKEN RISK

$BULLWCD is a speculative meme token. It does not represent equity, ownership, profit sharing, or guaranteed value. Crypto assets are volatile and may lose all value.
